PERMAFLEET 2K PRIMER HELEHALL 4540 is a polyacrylic based primer for use in special situations. It has excellent adhesion, dries quickly and provides excellent corrosion protection. Can be tinted with Permafleet Mixing Concentrates 600. Available in white, light grey, black, red and coloured. Designed for industrial use.
